Yellowstone Gateway House is a spacious historic Craftsman in downtown Livingston, with multiple living spaces that give families and groups plenty of room to spread out. Upstairs, you'll find two spacious bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen, along with a full bathroom. Downstairs, the finished basement creates a separate living space that's especially well suited for families and groups. The bunk room sleeps up to four with a full bed and three twin beds, and this level also has its own full bathroom, dedicated workspace, and a second living area with comfortable seating and a TV. It's a great setup for kids or teens, another family, or anyone who appreciates having a little extra space and privacy. On the main floor, the living and dining areas provide plenty of room to gather, along with a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, you'll have a fenced yard and fire pit, plus off-street parking. A few things to know: The home has a wall-mounted AC unit in the dining area that cools the main living and dining spaces. The upstairs bedrooms do not have central AC but have ceiling fans for additional comfort. As a historic home, you'll find original character alongside modern updates. We're located in Livingston's downtown commercial district, with businesses nearby and restaurants, shops, galleries, and entertainment within easy walking distance. You'll have the convenience of downtown while still enjoying the space and privacy of an entire home and yard.
